1. Description of Service

FaceGrade AI is an AI-powered face analysis application that scans your face, provides a score breakdown across multiple categories, and generates a personalized improvement routine. The App is available on iOS devices.

2. Subscriptions and Pricing

• FaceGrade AI offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Weekly Plan: $9.99 per week.
• Annual Plan: $39.99 per year.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. The duration and terms of any free trial will be displayed before you subscribe.

4. Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

FaceGrade AI provides AI-generated analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not provide medical, dermatological, or health-related advice. Results should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation. If you have health or skin-related concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Accuracy of Results

AI analysis results are generated algorithmically and may not be fully accurate. Scores can vary based on lighting conditions, camera quality, facial expression, and other factors. Results are approximate and should be interpreted accordingly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FaceGrade AI only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Use the App to analyze photos of other people without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App's services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, AI models, and branding within FaceGrade AI are the property of MoHorizons and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the service or other people.

9. Service Availability

FaceGrade AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoHorizons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated analysis results.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoHorizons from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
